Kopitiam at Hillion Mall reopens with new stalls

Kopitiam has been on a roll lately, with its Little Guilin-inspired food court and VivoCity revamp among its latest offerings. Now, Kopitiam has reimagined its Hillion Mall outlet, giving it a brand-new look along with a host of new stalls. The food court, which is home to 25 stalls, officially opens on 3 April 2026.
Little Guilin-Inspired Kopitiam Opens At West Mall With 19 Food Stalls

The updated interiors have a hotel-inspired design, combining a luxe feel with the affordable prices that food courts can offer. Its floor-to-ceiling windows and wood finishes give it a warm and inviting feel, too.
Crave Nasi Lemak will be having its first-ever food court stall here, offering its popular nasi lemak in a dine-in setting. The menu hasn’t been revealed yet, but fans of the franchise can expect their favourites to be present here as well.
We’re looking forward to the new shabu-shabu concept Shabu Days, which likely offers a more affordable Japanese hotpot experience than you’d get at restaurants. Nevertheless, they are said to serve everything from classic meats to premium options including Wagyu and seafood.

Other options to expect here include the iconic Pepper Lunch Express, halal Filipino cuisine at Ms Inasal Delight, and Old Airport Wanton Mee. If you’re looking for a light snack, there’s the famous Ann Chin Popiah and kueh by The House of Lemang as well.
