Owned by the same team behind Pietrasanta, Casa Pietrasanta is a cosy restaurant in Fusionopolis featuring a home dining atmosphere with just four tables, making it feel like you’re in someone’s living room.

You can choose a three-course menu for $49.90++—which includes one appetiser, one main course, and one dessert—or upgrade to a four-course menu for $64.90++, which gets you an additional pasta dish. If you don’t mind splurging, premium dishes are available at$64.90++ and $79.90++, respectively.

For appetisers, try the Cappuccino al Pomodoro, a playful take on tomato soup topped with a delightful layer of Parmesan cheese foam. Otherwise, try their Carpaccio di Salmone Affumicato—smoked salmon carpaccio with horseradish, salmon roe, balsamic, and bottarga bruschetta. And don’t miss their Tortino di Gelato al Pistacchio for dessert!

34. GelatiAmo

We can’t forget about a key facet of Italian cuisine—gelato! Helmed by Italian Chef Loris Massimini, GelatiAmo is a gelato cafe located in Fusionopolis. Here, they store their gelato in pozzetto just like it’s done in Italy! Their gelato has a legit stretchy texture which we loved.

A single scoop will set you back at $4.20, while a double scoop is priced at $7.80. For premium flavours, you can get them at an additional cost of $0.80. Enjoy flavours such as Ferrero Rocher, Pistachio, Earl Grey, Coffee with Melted Butter and more.
