Green Sky Fried Kway Teow has served Fried Kway Teow, Fried Carrot Cake and Fried Oysters for a long time-providing their community with a savoury delight to enjoy. But what makes Green Sky Fried Kway Teow different from other stalls? Apart from their amazing food, we believe it’s their origins. They first started off as a dessert stall and has gone through the gruelling process of testing and failing in making the switch to savoury dishes. Luckily for us, they never gave up, and now we get to savour their hard work for years to come!

While Fried Kway Teow is their bread and butter, they have other absolute gems in their repertoire. Three main dishes with several combos, all of them insanely delicious. However, there is one combo that We would recommend would be, half Fried Kway Teow, half Fried Carrot Cake (Black). The best of both worlds!

The Fried Kway Teow itself is smoky, sweet and savoury. You can taste the meaty, fishy flavour of the cockles, which were cooked to perfection. The Fried Carrot Cake (Black) is the same, having sweet, smoky and salty flavours, even the sauce coats the ‘cake’ perfectly. The Wok Hei flavour is prevalent throughout the dish, and it makes it even more tasty!
Sweet And Meaty Fried Kway Teow
Their famous Cockles Fried Kway Teow ($5), is rich and smoky – mimicking a barbecue flavour with just the right amount of saltiness. Its richness can be cut with a squeeze of lime, or the Sambal that they make in-house. The Fried Carrot Cake ($4 for White and/or Black) is extremely tender and sweet.
This dish is far more ‘light’ and does not make you feel too guilty afterwards. Speaking of guilt, their Fried Oysters ($5) are insanely fatty, salty, rich and all in all – an umami bomb.
