Kiroi Cheesecake has been around for almost eight years and is run by a husband-and-wife duo, Donald and Joanne. The couple were previously volunteer agents for over 10 years before venturing into the baking business. Even to this day, they still do volunteering after they have closed shop for the day. Truly an inspiring couple!

Why choose to sell Japanese Cheesecake you might ask? Well, it’s simply because they wanted to make something they enjoy eating themselves! The couple drew inspiration from the Japanese recipes and tweaked them to create their own scrumptious creation.
As only pre-orders are accepted, every cheesecake is freshly baked to ensure every customer receives the best quality. Depending on the number of orders, preparations can start as early as 4am.

Kiroi’s Cheesecake ($9) uses a “water bath” method where the cake is steamed for an hour to give it the perfect fluffy texture. As soon as you take a whiff, the fragrant aroma of cream cheese and egg instantly hits you. The cheesecake is beautifully moist and creamy, with every bite simply melting in your mouth.

What’s unique about this cheesecake is that it becomes even more creamy and tasty when you leave it in the fridge. For those who prefer it more fluffy, be sure to have it warm.
Compared to your typical American cheesecakes, Kiroi’s Japanese cheesecake is much fluffier and creamier. Additionally, it uses less sugar and cream, making it less sweet and lower in calories. Indulge in this fluffy delight without worrying about the guilt. Whether you have it for dessert or as a snack, it’s definitely a must-try!
