Here’s a sneak peek at some of these mouth-watering dishes:
1. YUN NANS Prosperity Treasure Hot Pot
A luxurious and indulgent dish, the rich broth is stewed for over six hours with an array of ingredients Jinhua ham, old hen, chicken feet, pork bones, lean pork, pork trotters, dried scallops, and carrots. Adding a plethora of premium ingredients symbolizing abundance and good fortune, the hot pot features roast pork belly, bamboo pith, sea cucumber, abalone, scallops, prawns, assorted mushrooms, fish maw, cordyceps flowers, yam, and Chinese cabbage.
2. Crispy Roast Chicken
Roasted to perfection, indulge in tender meat served with an in-house chilli sauce made with a blend of seven types of Yunnan’s chillis.
3. Steamed Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf
The dish features specially sourced Hakka preserved vegetables from Dabu County, known for its limited production and exclusive distribution to selected independent merchants. Taking over a year to dry and preserve, it imparts a perfectly balanced flavor profile to Dabu’s preserved vegetables. Only young leaves are used, ensuring a delightful crunchy texture.
The preparation involves frying premium glutinous rice with dried shrimps, shallots, garlic, Dabu preserved vegetables, tender pork, and mushrooms until aromatic. Wrapped in a lotus leaf and steamed, the result is a harmonious blend of chewy grains bursting with flavour in every bite.
4. Double Boiled Peach Gum with Snow Pear
For dessert, enjoy a nourishing, sweet, and refreshing treat that is beneficial for the skin.
