8-Course Omakase Lunch Menu ($68++)
Embark on a delightful culinary journey and entrust your dining experience to the chef with one of the most affordable omakase menus in town. The specially curated “舞 Mai” menu invites you to indulge in the best offerings from both land and sea,
The 8-course menu features two seasonal appetizers, followed by a duo of sashimi selections that capture the essence of the sea’s sweetness. Enjoy delectable dishes like Chawanmushi, and the Gindara Miso Yaki – seared black cod with a hint of miso. The spotlight then turns to Unkai Sushi’s three seasonal sushi creations highlighting premium Japanese rice seasoned with a unique umeboshi vinegar blend.
This summer, revel in the buttery otoro fatty tuna belly, the sweet and creamy hotate scallop, and the delicate shiromi kinmedai. The culinary journey concludes with miso soup and a mini chirashi don (additional $38 to upgrade to a Magic Bowl), with a sweet finale of ice cream dessert.
