Wondering about the name ‘Forage’? It’s inspired by the intricate process of bees gathering nectar. This relates to The Forage Cafe excelling in crafting dishes infused with the golden essence of honey.

The Forage Cafe serves a myriad of dishes, ranging from breakfast delights like their Forage Big Breakfast ($24) to irresistible desserts such as the Mango Coconut Tart ($7). Stepping inside, you’ll find yourself in a world adorned with bee and honey trivia. There’s even a shelf where you can buy their honey.
Chilli Cheese Chicken ($19)

Starting off with their most popular dish – the Chilli Cheese Chicken. Being their rendition of the greatly beloved Fried Chicken & Waffles, it is served with baby spinach, crispy breaded chicken thigh, and chilli cheese sauce all on top of a fresh, dense buttermilk waffle.

The waffle has a light and slightly savoury flavour, providing the perfect base for the multifloral honey that they serve on the side. This combination of sweet and savoury is absolutely irresistible, leaving you wanting more. Moreover, not only is the breaded chicken thigh juicy and flavourful, but it also adds a satisfying crunch to the dish that elevates every mouthful.
However, for those who like an extra kick, you might be disappointed as the chilli cheese sauce lacks some substantial heat, catering more towards those who prefer less spice. Nonetheless, this dish remains exceptionally satisfying, undoubtedly solidifying its place as the most popular item on their menu.
Basil Pesto ($16)

This tasty dish features al-dente linguine pasta draped in robust basil sauce, generously topped with pine nuts and parmesan cheese. Coating each strand of pasta, the pesto has a good blend of herbal notes as well as hints of garlic and pepper.

The sauce clings onto the noodles well, with each bite giving you the perfect ratio of pesto and pasta. The awesome contrast in textures between the satisfyingly chewy pasta and crunchy pine nuts will surely enhance your experience with this dish.

Looking for an instant cool-down on scorching days? This drink will do exactly that. Not only is it visually enticing, but this drink is also the perfect blend of fruitiness and tartness. Crafted with a base of multifloral honey infused with Jasmine Tea, it is topped with soft Yuzu Blossom Jelly and zesty Passionfruit Brust.
With each sip, you will experience an explosion of fruity goodness as the passionfruit brust tantalizes your taste buds, leaving behind a refreshingly sweet flavour. However, this drink leans towards the sweeter side, so those who prefer drinks that are less sweet might want to reconsider.
Earl Grey Rose Sakura ($8)
