Shio pan has been gaining popularity lately, thanks to bakeries such as Butter Town and Gokuku Bakery offering these Japanese salted butter rolls. You’ll also find them here at Pawa Bakery, priced at $2.30 apiece. These simple yet tasty buns are said to be soft and buttery with a slightly chewy dough.
