If you’re an avid cafe-hopper, you may have come across Hideout Coffee Bar on your social media feed. Hidden in a back alley along Geylang Road, this cafe is the newest kid on the Paya Lebar block. It’s also an easy six-minute walk from Paya Lebar MRT Station via the Circle Line exit!

The entrance to the cafe is at the back alley, which makes the experience all the cooler.

Upon entering, you’ll notice that the cafe space is small and cosy, with a little nook on one end for smaller parties, and a handful of bar seats for those who want to see the baristas in action.

If the morning or afternoon heat is forgiving, we recommend snagging a seat right outside to soak in the vibes!

The menu is rather lean, with a total of four sandwiches available: PB&J ($10), Tuna Melts ($12), Cold Cuts ($16), and Meatballs ($16). These sammies are prepared fresh, to order, so there may be some waiting time involved during peak timings.

On the drinks front, expect barista-brewed coffee in the form of Black (from $5), White (from $6), and Espresso Ale ($7.50). If you’re in the mood for tea, they have Genmaicha (from $7) and Matcha (from $7) too!
