Din Tai Fung has new KITKAT bao
As someone whose guilty pleasure at Din Tai Fung is their liu sha bao, I can tell you that their famed xiao long bao isn’t the only type of bun they’ve mastered. And as the acclaimed Taiwanese franchise turns 20, they’ve decided to celebrate with a new, limited edition bao: the Cocoa Nutty Bun, made with iconic break time snack KITKAT.

The Cocoa Nutty Bun is packed with a flowy milk chocolate ganache and bits of KITKAT wafers that ooze right out as you tear into it. The bao itself is cocoa flavoured and made with quality flour specially imported from Taiwan, with ground peanuts sprinkled on top for that extra crunchy texture.
Now available in stores islandwide and on Grabfood, get them for $3.20++ per piece or $9++ for three. Be sure to try these bao while you can–they’re only available until 31 May 2023!

Since it’s their 20th anniversary, you can also expect other treats to come your way, such as a new wonton mee dish, the Noodle with Crispy Wanton in Spicy Sauce ($14.50++). The QQ noodles, crispy wontons, and bold spicy sauce combine in an fiery explosion of texture and flavour that is sure to spice up your life.
Also, from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023, dine-in customers can get 10% off every order of the new noodle dish if they’re UOB cardholders!
